INTERNET - Generation

Well in today’s world where technology plays an important role in terms of communication and globalization, a line was drawn where communication became so easy. Peoples were communicating with something called a Network.
Well this network of communication came to a halt and there was a huge network traffic which stopped the communication for a certain amount of time. What was the cause for this highly controlled network to get congested?
Well, the answer is THE PASSING AWAY OF KING OF POP – MICHEAL JACKSON. The legendary singer, iconic figure who left behind memories which can’t be forgetten…………..
His death created waves in all parts of the world and shocking and condolences messages started pouring in via network sites which created huge traffic in the network and thus network came to a halt.
What made him so popular that messages were pouring in like anything which made network come to a halt?

Well, there are peoples who play with maths with ease, but to some peoples, it’s a tough game. Whatever it may be, but there a few basic in maths which makes people go topsy-turvy when questioned about them.
Those are various types of NUMBERS……..
Let us learn about various types of Numbers and clear the confusion about it:
(i) Natural Numbers: Counting numbers are called natural numbers.
Thus 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, …..are all natural numbers.
(ii) Whole Numbers: All counting numbers and “0” form the set of whole numbers. Thus 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, ….. etc. are whole numbers.
Clearly, every natural number is whole number and “0” is a whole number which is not a natural number.
(iii)Integers: All counting numbers, zero and negatives of counting numbers form the set of integers.
Thus, ……, -3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3, ……are all integers.
Set of positive integers = {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, ……..}
Set of negative integers = {-1, -2, -3, -4, …....}
Set of non-negative integers = {0, 1, 2, 3, 4, ……}.
(iv)Even Numbers: A counting number divisible by 2 is called an even number.
Thus 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, ……….etc. are all even numbers.
(v)Odd Numbers: A counting number not divisible by 2 is called an odd numbers.
Thus 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, …………….. etc. are all odd numbers.
(vi)Prime Numbers: A counting number is called a prime number if it has exactly two factors, namely itself and 1.
Example: All prime numbers less than 50 are:

(vii)Composite Numbers: The natural numbers which are not prime, are called composite numbers.

-Remove the battery first then simcard, dry it with a paper napkin

Become a Lie Detector
The following techniques to telling if someone is lying are often used by police, and security experts. This knowledge is also useful for managers, employers, and for anyone to use in everyday situations where telling the truth from a lie can help prevent you from being a victim of fraud/scams and other deceptions.
Warning: Sometimes Ignorance is bliss; after gaining this knowledge, you may be hurt when it is obvious that someone is lying to you.
Signs of Deception:
Body Language of Lies
• Physical expression will be limited and stiff, with few arm and hand movements. Hand, arm and leg movement are toward their own body the liar takes up less space.
• A person who is lying to you will avoid making eye contact.
• Hands touching their face, throat & mouth. Touching or scratching the nose or behind their ear. Not likely to touch his chest/heart with an open hand.
Emotional Gestures & Contradiction
• Timing and duration of emotional gestures and emotions are off a normal pace. The display of emotion is delayed, stays longer it would naturally, and then stops suddenly.
• Timing is off between emotions gestures/expression s and words. Example: Someone says "I love it!" when receiving a gift, and then smile after making that statement, rather then at the same time the statement is made.
• Gestures/expressions don’t match the verbal statement, such as frowning when saying "I love you."
• Expressions are limited to mouth movements when someone is faking emotions (like happy, surprised, sad, awe) instead of the whole face. For example; when someone smiles naturally their whole face is involved: jaw/cheek movement, eyes and forehead push down, etc.
Interactions and Reactions
• A guilty person gets defensive. An innocent person will often go on the offensive.
• A liar is uncomfortable facing his questioner/accuser and may turn his head or body away.
• A liar might unconsciously place objects (book, coffee cup, etc.) between themselves and you.
Verbal Context and Content
• A liar will use your words to make answer a question. When asked, "Did you eat the last cookie?" The liar answers, "No, I did not eat the last cookie."
•A statement with a contraction is more likely to be truthful: “I didn't do it" instead of "I did not do it"
• Liars sometimes avoid "lying" by not making direct statements. They imply answers instead of denying something directly.
• The guilty person may speak more than natural, adding unnecessary details to convince you.... they are not comfortable with silence or pauses in the conversation.• A liar may leave out pronouns and speak in a monotonous tone. When a truthful statement is made the pronoun is emphasized as much or more than the rest of the words in a statement.
• Words may be garbled and spoken softly, and syntax and grammar may be off. In otherwords, his sentences will likely be muddled rather than emphasized
Other signs of a lie
• If you believe someone is lying, then change subject of a conversation quickly, a liar follows along willingly and becomes more relaxed. The guilty wants the subject changed; an innocent person may be confused by the sudden change in topics and will want to back to the previous subject.
• Using humor or sarcasm to avoid a subject.
Final Notes:
Obviously, just because someone exhibits one or more of these signs does not make them a liar. The above behaviors should be compared to a person’s base (normal) behavior whenever possible

India will run out of IP addresses by 2010

It is believed that the IP4 addresses will run out by April 2010, which will make it necessary for users to move over to IPv6, or the next version that supports a total of 16 billion IP addresses, reports Business Standard. The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has urged the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) that the fast growth of Internet and likely migration towards NGN (next generation networks) will require IPv6 addresses. In this background, (the) creation of a National Internet Registry (NIR) is urgently required.
The Indian IT industry is yet to gear up for the IP version upgrade. Sify Technologies, Reliance Communications (RCom) and Bharti Airtel are some of the ISPs working on this front. "The important thing is to create awareness among Internet Service Providers (ISPs) on the need to migrate to the new format. A lot of work has to be done, like configuring systems and putting equipment in place that supports the new format," says P K Saji, Senior Vice President (Global Infrastructure Operations), Sify Technologies. He also points out that a further delay would make it difficult for ISPs and enterprise users to seamlessly migrate to IPv6

Pakistan T20 Squad for World Cup

Pakistan had banned all the national cricketers who defected to the unofficial ICL.
However, a local court suspended the ban and allowed the cricketers to play in domestic competitions in February this year.
Some of the ICL players including Razzaq say that they have parted ways with the ICL and now want to revive their international careers.
